21938 – Fine grain textured acid-free off-white paper. It’s only textured on one side, so you can use graphite/ pencils on the smooth side which has considerably less tooth. It’s bound in such a way that the spine is not glued to the cover. The fine grain side of the paper is wonderful for ink sketching. Fountain pens with liquid ink will produce sharper edges. Works well with mild ink washes too, and single layer of watercolors.
