By using Bookart Studio you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old.
Content ownership
You retain full rights to the books, text, and illustrations you generate on Bookart Studio and may publish them commercially on Amazon KDP or elsewhere. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and finished books comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Acceptable use
You may not generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes another party's intellectual property.
Service availability
We provide the service "as is" and may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. AI outputs can vary in quality and are not guaranteed.
