RETURN POLICY
All items are eligible for return during 5-14 calendar days from the day of receiving*. Items returnable should be as given; sealed, if any, not used and as new as handled from Dinoo.

Customers would like to return after passing the 5-14 days period will be subject to Dinoo final decision.

Dinoo will be, unfortunately enforced, to block any customer commit continues unjustified returns.

DEFECTIVE GOODS
Manufactured defective goods should be notified immediately, within 24H, by sending a photo showing clearly the place or part defected. Note that after the 24H no defect complain will be considered.
